This is how you encourage your employees with their personal plan

Employees of your organization can sit with their personal goals in Dialog and reflect on them throughout the year. It's important that you facilitate them in making this plan. We are, of course, happy to assist you with this and have therefore developed this toolkit.

This toolkit includes steps and interventions you can take to encourage your employees to get started with a personal development plan. We have developed supporting materials so you can get started right away. Of course, you can decide for yourself which steps and interventions will be valuable for your organization.

Preperation

Set a goal and deadline
How many percent of your employees do you want to have made a personal plan? And what is the deadline for them to have done this? By setting a goal and deadline in advance, you know what you are working towards.
Make a plan
Decide what you will do to activate and support your employees. Incorporate this into a schedule.

Through the reports in Dialog, you have direct insight into progress. This helps you to very specifically steer the progress.
In addition, it is also valuable to send a general reminder.

Completion of goal setting period
After the goal-setting period has ended, send a message to your employees. In it, you can already activate them to regularly reflect on their goals and discuss them.
If employees have not yet made a plan, send them a personal message to do so.
